Two solar panels were added to the new South Elevation. The roof is now hipped to accomodate an open ceiling height on the inside and a better view of the Lake.

The original enclosed kitchen was demolished and redesigned.
The new kitchen is now completely open to the living room, enlarged with new windows, cabinets, appliances, floor and wall finishes.

The new master suite is a new addition to the ranch. We built the new wing on top of the existing garage that connects to the renovated open floor plan living room space.

Kitchen North wall after renovation. The ceiling was demolished and we installed two skylights. The new open ceiling kitchen is now spacious and drenched in natural light.

Kitchen counter after renovation. The kitchen layout was completely redesigned. The new stove is centered on the new sink and island leaving. The new corner counter has stools for family to gather around the kitchen.
